Located in the small town of Novoli, in the heart of Salento, the Masseria is part of an 8-hectare farm where olive trees and cereals are cultivated according to the natural rhythm of the land.
Here, everything moves at a gentle pace: the stone vaulted ceilings, the sun-drenched courtyard, the song of cicadas, and the scent of aromatic herbs.

A simple and harmonious pool welcomes those looking to cool off in the heart of the farmyard. Around it, a rustic yet well-kept garden features sun loungers, deck chairs and umbrellas, hammocks stretched between the trees, wild herbs, and plenty of space to breathe, read, and relax.
THE ORCHARD
In the heart of the Masseria, a genuine orchard flourishes, where pomegranates, quinces, oranges, mandarins, lemons, and other local varieties ripen. Strolling among these trees is a return to the essentials, to the rhythms of the seasons, and to a land that gives generously.
THE COURTYARD AND BARBECUE
Outside, you’ll find a barbecue area with a stone sink, a large wooden table, rustic chairs, and aromatic herbs ready to be picked. This is where the most memorable dinners are born, shared under the starry Salento sky.
